Product information "Steam Locomotive HSB BR 996001-4, MD-Electronics DCC Decoder + Sound, G Scale"

Steam locomotive HSB BR 996001-4 G gauge from Train, powered by LGB with power from the track.

MD-Electronics DCC decoder and sound module installed.

The locomotive is not suitable for persons under 14 years.

For legal reasons, this locomotive is offered only as a kit and not as a finished machine. You have to plug in a little something yourself, as we do not deliver a moving "machine" with an EU Declaration of Conformity. Please call us. The installation of the part is done in less than 5 minutes.

This HSB steam locomotive BR 99 6001, consisting of components from LGB, MD-Electronics, ZENNER and TRAIN. All components are perfectly matched. The power of this locomotive comes over the wheels and over sanding shoes from the track. The locomotive has a powerful LGB drive with Bühlermotor and traction tires.

The model of this steam locomotive is equipped with a superheater. Today it still operates on the Selketalbahn in the Harz.

Technical Data Decoder:

The MD mXion DRIVE-M is a powerful 3.5A (4A tip) locomotive decoder with a sensitive control. The DRIVE-M has 6 function outputs and 2 contact inputs. Below this, 2 contact inputs can be used for a shuttle train operation (optionally also by time control) or contact input makes it possible to connect an infrared LED to receive commands from a transmitter in the track (PZB, infra-red train control). The DRIVE-M can execute a wide range of special and imitation simulations on all function outputs (eg TV, on or off delay, neon, gas lamps, fire, dimming, etc ...). Servo functionality is also implemented. In addition to the "Swiss Mapping" and the American special functions, the DRIVE-M has a total of 19 special functions as well as special light functions.A digital and analogue load control is also implemented. The wide mapping up to F28 allows many functions. The innovative random generator can trigger various simulations (eg boiler fires) at random and there is no need for a further boiler fire module.Of course, the DRIVE-M has a SUSI interface and labeled terminals, so that easy installation and retrofitting of sound modules works without problems Switchable delay times, high beam function, Swiss mapping as well as a shunting gear as well as the "double A shunting light" are part of the scope.

Dietz sound module is simply plugged into the SUSI interface of the decoder. Furthermore, it is possible to insert speakers, potentiometer, clock from the gearbox (or via simulation) as well as reed contacts directly into the decoder. The reed contacts can then be assigned any function key. A clock division as well as many other functions are available.

Of course, the DRIVE-M is 100% NMRA-DCC compatible
