Zenner kit 1 curved track, 2 track (64mm) and gauge G, 22.5 °, R = 900mm, 22.5 °, brass profile, consisting of:
now appeared with 3 Massoth screw in connectors and 19mm
a) 1 x 13 three rails sleepers
b) 1 x curved track sections outside
c) 1 x curved track profiles, inside

The track profiles are pushing into emerging beds and connects the track through our Massoth rails schraub connector
For a circle you need 16 tracks.
The scope is approximately 5.65 m in the center of the track

Option: Train Line45 rails schraub connector.
By turning over the sleepers can be produced both variants of the three-rail tracks (narrow-gauge 45 mm inside or outside).
The track is an industrial track to drive slower.
Good for the railroad cars and locomotives, which have rigidly mounted without axles bogies and no longer than 400 mm are shown.
Tests with longer carriage have not been made.

- Short converted LGB locomotives as the Köf often have no traction tires.
For more than three cars, it can lead to problems because the rims of all cars and the locomotive grind more on the rails than at larger radii.
This can cause the wheels of the locomotive by turning.
A higher weight Locomotive has solved the problem.
- Rigid buffer without suspension as with two locomotives can abut.
In this case, the buffer holder must be shortened after deducting the buffer about 1.5 mm
- The game between the rim and the track profile is still in a carriage with 300 mm length still 2 mm.
In order to prevent the rising of the wheels, such measures are possible that are not feasible in the short term but all:
Install a) Bogie for uniaxial car, so eliminate rigid bearing.
A conversion is costly.
At present, such tools are not available
b) track slightly inside at the side of oil in order to reduce the friction.
But the miracles is not an optimal solution, for other reasons.
c) not too rough surfaces of the wheels, that is, the rim polish.
That would make the customer himself, because it is expensive.
d) Option: Ball bearing wheelsets or rotatable shaft.
This we will soon offer as an option.
This is the best solution.
Anyone who wants to use the industrial track, should replace the wheelsets in the car.
e) Option wheel bearing Oval hole milled 1mm game.
This saves the bogie.
Disadvantage: any vibration, but which can be avoided with fat.
f) Option of additional weight for the car under the chassis mounted. Disadvantage. The locomotive has to take more. Since there are limits.
Are the wheels of the car not supported not rotated or a) or c), the tracks should be used only for shunting because abrasion of the tracks may be higher than at larger radii.
We however do not know exactly, and be on our test track with R = 900mm test the models in continuous operation and our experiences notified.
