The speed controller has a power loss because it is still equipped with a resistance regulator.

Output of 16 volts at a current of 1 ampere.

This allows you to control a smaller locomotive with one engine. Power 16 VA

suitable for Buhlermotoren that consume little power.

Not suitable for locomotives with two engines or DCC locomotives operating in analogue mode
